A Case of Ritter´s Disease

Abstract

|
We have experienced a case of Ritter´s disease in 19 days old male patient who was admitted to St. Mary´s Hospital on October 25, 1972. He had generalized blister followed by exfoliation on face and trunk for 6 days. Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella species were cultured from bullar contents. The patient was successfully treated with fluid and systemic and topical antibiotics. He was discharged on 11th hospital day.
